Error: ServerError [ERRINVALIDINPUT]: Invalid input: "term" length must be less than or equal to 100 characters long

Solution:
Job title that are more than 100 characters long will throw an error from the deals/search Pipedrive API. deals/search is used to prevent multiple deal creation on one submission. To solve this, job title will now have a maximum of 100 characters. I have notified @Selina Schick about this change in Slack.
